Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns if the item is faulty or incorrect. Please check the size guide carefully before purchasing to avoid sizing issues, as we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing miscalculations on our t-shirt merchandise.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, it can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is:

• In its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging).
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Can I exchange my product(s)?

We only offer exchanges if the item is faulty or incorrect. We do not process exchanges for incorrect sizing, so please refer to the size guide provided before purchasing.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate an exchange:

1. Email hello@sticksstones.org with your order number and details of the issue.
2. We will guide you through the return or exchange process, including return shipping details.

When will I get my refund?

Once we have received your returned item, please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
