Shipping policy
What is your delivery time & cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a standard flat shipping fee applies.
- Standard Delivery ($10): In most areas, delivery will take 2-7 business days, including 1-2 days for order processing at our warehouse.
- Remote Areas: Delivery to regional or remote areas may take up to 6-8 business days.
- Express Delivery ($15): In most areas, delivery will take 1-4 business days.
We want your order to arrive safely! A signature will be required upon delivery unless you have selected the “Authority to Leave” option at checkout. If you’re not home and no authority to leave is provided, our courier will leave a card, and your order will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.
How can I check my order and delivery status?
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email within 1-2 business days. You will then receive a follow up email once your package has been shipped, with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery status.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes! We can deliver to PO Boxes across Australia.
Can I order internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship within Australia. Stay tuned for future updates on international shipping!
